You have two choices when you're confronted with your every last fear: give up or fight like hell.

Every Last Fear by Alex Finlay is a medium paced, plot driven novel that sets out to determine what happened to the Pine family. The story moves between two times, before their deaths and after. I really enjoyed that this plot pulled you in until the very end. I almost always hate the law enforcement character but Sarah Keller was relatable and not predictably annoying. I think many readers will enjoy this one. I took away one star because while I didn't predict the end I also didn't feel the suspense throughout. The up and down certainty that you absolutely know what happened but, well, maybe not... I felt more like I was just reading the story of a family and not trying to solve their death. This is minor though and I still recommend this read!
