Really enjoyed this thriller. It grabs you from the start. It was a good number of characters but thankfully I was able to keep them straight. I liked the writing style. I didn’t love the documentary inserts but it helped explain some of the back story. It was almost like there were two story lines. The older brother’s story and what got him to jail and the family’s murder which was currently being investigated.
I liked that there weren’t so many twists which is a pet peeve of mine with thrillers. It was easy enough to see how it all went down. I also appreciated the accuracy to FBI job details. I even asked a friend who works there and everything was correct and thoroughly researched.
There were some tiny details I didn’t get answers to but overall it was a great read and one I will surely recommend to friends looking for a good thriller. Thanks
