That prologue! WOW! I had heard incredible things about this book already, but I would’ve wanted to rate it 5 stars on just the goosebumps I got from reading the short opening, making me equally want to keep reading and creeping me out.
I’m a HUGE scaredy-cat, but somehow also love to be terrified by my thrillers, so this one is a MUST read for me after reading this incredible excerpt! I have to know what happens to this family, and how Danny & Matt will become a larger part of the story. The multiple POV is done so well in this title, it enhances the story instead of distracting from it, I’m a huge fan of it already.
