I remember reading Blood Water Paint by Joy McCullough and falling in love with McCullough's writing style. It's lyrical and impactful and she did a really good job of bringing an amazing woman's story to life. This book is no exception. McCullough's writing brings life to these Shakespeare heroins and I want to read more. I'm not the biggest fan of the cover, but I like the idea of where it's going and how well it represents what the book is about.
