This was a fascinating account of Scott Kelly’s long stay on the International Space Station as well as the background story of how and why he became an astronaut. it was very interesting as he described the daily life and experiments he performed while in space. But reading about all the physical and mental challenges while in space, and upon return to earth, makes me wonder how many people will be able to travel in space in the future and what the effects wil be on their longevity.
Anyone who grew up watching all of the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo program launches and the space shuttle launches will enjoy Mr. Kelly’s account. If you are interested in the future of space travel, you will also like this book.
