I really liked the summary of the story given on the back of the book. I thought that I would be really interested in it because it is an alternative history thriller combination.
I started to read it and found myself getting lost in what was going on and who the characters were. I didn't like that the characters weren't explained well enough in detail. I think that the author did a good job on the plot and basis of the story.
I think that if I had gotten a better understanding of the story and characters I would have been engrossed in this book. I guess it depends on what kind of story that you like and the writing style that works for you.
