The title seems interesting enough to draw you in.

The book cover looks like something mysterious and very dangerous is happening. The pair looks as if something or someone is chasing them and they need to get away fast, lest they get caught. Perhaps they saw something they shouldn't or they have information they shouldn't. Either way, they have to get gone! Between the cover and title, I would pick this up in a bookstore.
