Another historical fiction, quasi-dystopian meets fantasy thriller.... not my cup of tea. I'm in general not a big fan of the whole "alternate universe" idea when it comes to books and reading about them - I find they can get too complicated and twisted and that's my impression of this book. I can already see myself getting confused with the plot and having to re-read paragraphs or whole pages. Pass.
