This book has to be the most interesting premise that I’ve read in a long time. A mysterious place where some mothers disappear. It’s difficult not to imagine why a certain mother is selected and where the mothers go. Children are paired as well; is this for their protection, so there is always a place to go when a mother vanishes? Who is the stranger that enters this isolated world and grabs everyone’s attention? There’s so much to find out in this book!
