I feel like by stating that I have not been able to pick up a nugget of wisdom (just yet anyway) and elevate myself beyond my limitations, that I fall into the same group of people the book warns against.
However, even though I have not learned anything new, I do think we can all sometimes use reminders of the important things such as being open and recognizing we all have our own personal biasis.
I liked the quotes that preceeded the chapters in the book and helped guide each chapter's discussion. I did not like all of the disclaimers at the very beginning related to how the reader should just take what is useful because the cynic in me wonders why the work cannot just stand on its own merit.
