I'm so happy I won this raffle. I probably wouldn't have known what this book was about or that even existed without the help of BookishFirst. As a studying Clinical Mental Health Counselor I found so much valuable information in the pages of this book. I really enjoyed the flow and how everything, even if I wasn't a student of psychology, could be read and understood by anyone. It was an uplifting, educational book and I would definitely recommend to fellow learners, friends, family and possibly even patients in the future. The author even threw in a Starbucks gift card to enjoy while reading the book and I must tell you - I actually took him up on that offer. I read a few chapters in our local Starbucks and enjoyed every second of it! If you get the chance, read this one!
