I really enjoy this book. It's not a book you read and then shelf. It is more of like a reference book that you can use every day and keep on your bedside table. I have even shared it with family members that could use a little boost and to elevate things in their life.
Use over and over, for a more positive life and raise your vibrations to the highest level. This is a wonderful book and I am so glad it was written. If I had more copies I would share again and again.
There are so many good tips and steps to utilize for good, it definately leaves you feeling good when you put it down. I modified a few things to fit my life better and have had positive results. I'll continue to read this book until the pages fall out!
