Book explores deep topics in easy to understand way
This book gave me the sense of sitting down with my favorite philosophy professor, discussing the great themes of life and how to get to a state of inner and outer balance in life. I liked that the chapters were arranged into topics and they weren't too long in coverage. The chapter on awareness, and the advice on how to become more involved in one's own life was down to earth, but also covered some psychology of why we do the things we do, and how to do them differently. I also enjoyed that he put some of the themes in the context of philosophy, and how other thinkers thought of these things. Overall, I enjoyed the first pages of this book and look forward to reading the whole book soon.
