I really enjoyed reading this self help book and found it to be very useful, enlightening, and full of a lot of great information as well as personal stories from the author. This book is meant to Elevate your thinking, which will, in turn, elevate your life. Elevate provides a lot of good advice and practical ways to elevate your life and implement them into your life. It took me a little longer to get through the book than I thought it would but it was definitely worth the read. I also enjoyed all of the quotes and little nuggets of wisdom offered throughout. All in all I would say that I really liked this book and would definitely recommend it!
