Self-help is a genre that is filled with all kinds of half-cocked, vague nonsense that sounds just pompous enough to sound credible. This book does not look to be that way. It seems to be written in a clear, concise voice that feels genuine. The advice seems good enough, but this feels like a book that needs to be read in full to be truly appreciated.
