Echoes Between Us by Katie McGarry is an interesting, and a little bit spooky young adult novel is written in dual perspectives. Our female main character is Veronica or V. She lives in a house with her father and mother. Where they only inhabit one floor of the house because the rest of the house is haunted. Then steps in Sawyer and turns poor delusional V's life upside down. Of course Sawyer has problems of his own; overachieving drunk mother, sweet but observant younger sister and over course when they move in to the downstairs apartment at Veronica's things go from bad to worse. When the two of them are forced to do a group project together all things come to the light.
