I'm not going to lie, the first chapter threw me off. I thought that no teen would act the way she did towards her parents. In fact, even Sawyer seemed a bit too "golden" at first and unrealistic. But after a few chapters, I totally fell.head over heels for both, Veronica and Sawyer. The more I learned about both of their personalities, the more I understood their first chapters and why Vee is so loving towards her mother and Sawyer is so great with his sister.

This was a book that I couldn't put down. It was so much fun to follow the journey of popular boy meets and falls in love with school weirdo. The adventures they took for their senior paper had me half scared to be alone at night, but falling in love with them even more.

This may be for teens, but adults will love it, too. It's the kind of book that brings you back to your own teen years and first love. I'm so glad I got the chance to read this and I know that fans of John Green's The Fault in Our Stars will fall just as madly in love with Vee and Sawyer as they did with Green's characters.
