I wouldn't say anything necessarily grabbed me from the excerpt but because I have had a good run with young adult fiction lately I do want to take a chance on this one. I love the cover and the synopsis does sound interesting. The character of Sawyer has me intrigued because right now he seems like he is rather one-dimensional but I'm willing to bet there's a lot more to him.
