First off I absolutely loved the cover. It is extremely aesthetically pleasing.
The plot itself sounds like the epitome of a Young Adult novel with an added twist. I like that the reader knows that they with out a doubt will be getting a YA romance relationship but also that the book will address themes such as medical health and grief.
