This is absolutely the cutest book. My children all enjoyed it and even fought over who would get it next even though not all of them are still "little kids" by any definition. The directions and instructions are simple but lots of fun. Any child or adult can easily feel like a true budding artist and show off their accomplishments with pride.
Even after going through the book once they continued to pick it up and do more things. It even encouraged my husband and I to try our hands at seeing what we could accomplish. It turned out great for each of us and developed into a sort of competition among us and all the children. Now we are excited to add it to our Christmas list of gifts for our nieces and nephews.
