This book is perfect for little artists that love animals. Great for both boys and girls my niece and son absolutely loved sharing and drawing together. He has shared this book with his friends and they loved it as well. It seems to be a great book all around - approved by many 9 & 10 year olds of both gender.
My son has used it to learn to draw via tracing and has even become able to draw the animals on his own after studying the pictures.
I love that it looks like real animals vs cartoon animals like so many "how to draw" books on the market right now.
Be aware that this IS NOT a step to step drawing book, so not for a newbie beginner drawer. It would be best for children that have been drawing and/or have been in art already.
