I got this for Christmas as a gift for my older sister who loves art and drawing new things. The cover was cute and she has been looking for a book on drawing animals. It is a easy to follow instruction book for drawing animals with great eye for detail and variety. My sister loves this book! The book has colorful pictures and it's great for anyone who wants to learn to draw. I found the instructions simple and not much for an artistic inspiration to put your own look on them. It seemed very generic. I would rate this book for kids to late teens for the simplicity of the book and a great reference guide for beginners. My sister uses this a lot and enjoys all the different animals and has put her spin on her drawings a bit. I would recommend this to any one of any age if you enjoy drawing or want a great introduction on a step-by-step tutorial for beginners.
