The illustrations in this book are so cute, and I wish that I had even a smidgeon of artistic talent because it would be fun to create such adorable illustrations.
There were a number of techniques which would be helpful, such as drawing the hairs of a white cat face by filling in the area around the cat's head. Other techniques left me wanting more details, such as trying to draw a foal by starting with the basic outline. I'm one of the readers who has two right thumbs and am not capable of starting well with even the first simple step.
I appreciate art, but I'm not capable of creating it. It's a fun book to get a behind the scenes peek at those who are capable of it!
