First off, let's be honest--I am here for anything involving dragons, so the cover for this one completely called out to me! The artwork is stunning. I love that this book starts off right away into some actual story--rather than info-dumping--but it doesn't jump right into intense action. This was the best balance for me for a fantasy book and I am seriously hooked on this book now. I'm also really enjoying Hamilton's writing style so far, it's extremely readable and well-done.
