Happy book birthday to Do You Follow?!
A modern-day thriller, with media/career success, "love," and domestic disputes. What more could you ask for? For the book to be longer, that's for sure, because I was through it before I even realized it!
Who do you trust when a traumatic event digs its teeth into you at a young age, dragging your twin into it no less, who go the shorter straw of the two of you and wound up in a psychiatric stay? After years of thinking, and knowing, your sister is "crazy," she comes to you about your new life into adulthood, and relationship, suddenly knowing all, why would you trust her when you haven't been close since that traumatic event when you were younger? I know I wouldn't, or I'd at least be leery, you no longer know each other enough to "look out" for one another, or so you'd think.
Overall, I could see myself in Alexa's POV way more than I thought I would, and that made the story all that more encompassing and relatable, and it's a thriller to boot, so that always makes things interesting. Be sure to run out and grab a copy!
