I would like to thank Greenleaf Book Group for a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Before I begin my review, I would like to say that if you receive an ARC of this, DO NOT read the synopsis on the back before reading the book. It gives away huge plot points and I am reviewing as if I hadn't read it.

In Do You Follow? We follow (pun intended) Alexa as she moves out on her own after having some troubles and living with her dad her whole life. Alexa is finally on her own in New York City when her estranged twin sister Beth shows up and moves in with her.

I really liked this one. There were hints all along the way that something's not right, but we don't learn exactly what for quite a while. I felt bad for Alexa as she is wanting to venture out on her own, but Beth is making that very difficult for her. We learn about Alex and Beth's relationship and some of the things that have happened in their past as the story progresses. I really felt for Alexa's character and became really invested in what was happening to her. This is a fast-paced book with several great twists and one phenomenal twist that I really enjoyed. This book takes a look at mental illness, family relationships, and touches on social media. There is a lot to mull over with this one. It also takes place shortly after things are starting to get back to normal after COVID so it's very relevant with the present. Overall, I really liked this one and would definitely recommend it to psychological thriller fans.

There is an added Reader's Guide with several questions as well as an author Q&A included, which I love.
