A thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat

This book is set in modern New York City were the main character Alexa lives with her father who makes her feel stifled by his helicopter parenting. She ends up securing a marketing job and apartment and has high hopes for the future. Her life takes an unexpecting turn when her twin sister shows up and she must take her in and decide what to do next. I loved how this story embodied the whole thriller theme and the plot carried its own weight through the whole story. I loved how all the characters interact and how each one is different and how they add their point of view to the story. I would highly recommend this story to others who love thrillers or need a really good book to take to the beach. I gave the book five stars because the story kept my attention. I really enjoyed this book, and the cover aesthetics deserve a five star two thumbs up rating.
