The reason that i have waited so long to post my review is because, I honestly tried so hard to get into This book, I dont know why, but the story never grabbed my attention. It just goes on and on about how shes now moved up to some fancy position and no one takes her seriously because shes a woman, which is 100% get and its a real thing that definitely happens, but the way it was portrayed was meh for me.
This is also one of those many different book with the same main character thats a detective, cop, whatever that you are supposed to be able to read without reading the other ons, but it seems like while reading jt ive mised out on alot of inside knowledge and i just cannot connect with Jane and her story.
