Within these few pages, the newest Tennison story is off to a fast moving start. I could feel the excitement build as the robbery and chase scenes unfolded. It bounces back and forth between the robbers and police, but does so with an urgency that doesn't allow you to lose the momentum.

I have enjoyed the previous Tennison immensely and this promises to be another cracking good read. Lynda La Plante does a great job of capturing the period and little details that bring the story to life. I look forward to reading the remainder of the book.
