Deal With the Devil by the two authors known as Kit Rocha is centered around a post-apocalyptic world that remains after solar flares have pretty much destroyed the planet and satellites. It has your standard crumbling government, every person for themselves type of atmosphere. Something else that was interesting was how people are sort of separated into groups sort of like a movie I've been with Kate Bosworth...the difference is our main characters are mercenary librarians. I don't want to spoil anymore of the book, and will instead say that it is worth reading. Of course, the cover screams post-apocalyptic destruction and survival, which fits perfectly with the content of the book so if you had any doubt about what you will be reading it is there. There were a couple of moments where the book lulled for me, but that didn't happen too often. I was invested in the outcome of the characters.
