It seems stories about libraries and librarians are becoming more of a thing, not that I'm complaining about it! Following in the footsteps of "Fahrenheit 451," "Trail of Lightning" and "The Starless Sea," readers will experience a dystopian world caused by environmental factors, which force the new generation to rely on their skills, both innate and genetically altered, to survive in the New World. While the cover of "Deal with the Devil" presents the idea of the story, the opening chapter will have readers thinking about the premise of "Final Fantasy VII" and other dystopian thrillers (both books and video games). While the first chapter only introduces the protagonists and the world-building, it's enough to let readers know that they'll be reading something different than other "library stories" and dystopian novels they've read before!
