The cover, along with the synopsis, caught my attention. Sadly, that changed when I tried to read the sample. I was not a fan of the format. I really struggled to engage with the storyline or characters. Perhaps if this were available as an audiobook, it might be something I would consider listening to in the future, but I am not sure about it in this format.
