Very good, not what I was expecting at all

This book snags the reader from the opening line, and leaves you in suspense for the entire book. The characters are enthralling and the relationships between them are so complex and interesting to read about it. The end was shocking, but I would have liked a bit more a build up for what happened to Elora and who Elora's killer was throughout the book. The ending was still chaotic and thrilling, which I enjoyed, but the reveal felt a little bit out of nowhere. This is only a small thing though, as the end is worth it regardless. I absolutely loved the suspense of the book and I was truly on the edge of my seat as I tried to piece together what had happened through the interactions of the characters and the information Grey was finding out slowly. I really liked that it was in first person point of view, especially because it really enforced that we as readers were finding things out as Grey was. If you're looking for a good read with great characters, tons of suspense, and a surprising ending, this is it!
