I love this so far! I really want to finish the book. Typically reading is kind of hard for me because I am a slow reader and have trouble focusing, but I read all sixty three pages in one day because of how much I love it. I love that it's already talking about big issues in today's world. I also love the writing style. The writing flows and is easy to understand, but is still pretty and intricate. It has detail, but not too much where it makes the book feel too long and every page is dragging out.
I really like how complex of a character Darius is. I also like that the author is including mental health in the book which is a topic that is often brushed over. I also love that there are middle eastern characters and that it shows some of the racism they face.
