So... this was an instant favorite. I read it in 2 days, despite my busy schedule and STRESS. BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. This is like number 4 on my current list of top favorite books, so @adibkhorram you're doing great my dude. Darioush was relatable and funny and downright REAL. I could relate well with the family who didn't understand mental illness very well. I understood the dad issues and not feeling your authentic self because of being two different races (# great biracial rep!) I was hungering for Mamou's Chelo Kabob (despite my vegetarian diet) This....this book. You can say that this book, to me, جای شما خالی بود (your place was empty) but now, it has been filled. Welcome, Darioush, to my family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
