A Different and Fascinating Young Adult Contemporary

I had heard about this book here and there and I was thrilled to get to read this first impression. I was very impressed with Darius as a character and the elements of Persian culture were fascinating. It's good to see a different type of protagonist in a young adult contemporary like this and I would love to see where the rest of his story is headed.
