Okay, this book has some flaws and some parts are absolutely cheesy, but I honestly had so much fun with this novel. It's hilarious, outrageous, full of drama and shenanigans, and so darn entertaining. I laughed out loud a few times and finished reading the story wanting more. To me, that is a fantastic book.
I think the writing style is just okay, but I was pretty engaged the entire time and did not want to put the book down. The pacing is great and the storyline is interesting, thrilling, and entertaining until the end. I like characters well enough and think their quirks make them so lovable and interesting. I love the paranormal aspects of the novel and the fun twists and surprises. I do love the romance, but I wish it was just a bit more believable with plenty of swoons and feels. I felt the connection between Cupid and Lila, but it just needed to develop more naturally I guess... I don't know it's kind of difficult with insta love stories. They way it was executed here works, but it could have been better. That being said, I still really enjoyed the majority of this book and I finished it in one sitting.
