I have to say I've never read anything like Cupid's Match before. I love the characters and the character development. I felt like I was best friends with Lila and was right there in the battle scenes. Learning about the Cupid's and how they function was so imaginative and original. I love all of the color scheme references and the name of places match the theme of the book. Very great storytelling. I read the book in a couple hours as the writing was very smooth and the story went along at a great place. I can't wait to read the next books by Lauren and am going to find other books she has written. Definitely one of my new favorite authors. If you like scifi romantic fantasy novels this is for you.
