This book was pretty good! I wasn't expecting much; when I was reading I thought, "oh. This is just going to be another high school romance." I was wrong indeed.
This book follows Lila, a high schooler starting her senior year - and Cupid. Yes, THAT Cupid. He is one of the founders of Cupid's Matchmaking Service; they are responsible for finding everyone's One True Love. In extreme cases they even set it up to make the meets happen. There's one hard rule: no Cupids must ever be matched. And that rule hasn't been a problem...until now.
I liked this book much more than I thought I would. I was expecting a lot more teenage angst and a typical romance, but this was so much more than that. There was some angst, but there was also tense action scenes, danger, and much deeper character development than I thought there would be. I really enjoyed this book, and I really, REALLY want to get book 2!
