Cupid's Match is a very good book, and I am quite impressed, especially given its status as being originally published on Wattpad. (I know, I know, quality fics can be found there, but they are very rare in my experience, and usually still not quite to the level one generally expects of a published piece.) That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the pacing and character development. I do, however, have a couple questions:

1) Somehow I was under the impression that this was a stand-alone novel, and yet here I am, left with no real conclusions as to the end of the story. Yes, they defeated the big bad, but what of /their/ story? What is to become of Lila, Cal, and Cupid? Who gets the girl? These questions plague me, but not in such a way as to urge me to read the sequel--more like an irritating gnat that won't stop buzzing around.

2) What's with the 'C' names? Is there some kind of undisclosed cupid lore behind this? I thought the author had pulled some clever trick with Charlie's reveal; instead I was left hanging.

All in all, it was a very good book. I highly recommend it, if you don't mind a quality romance/adventure with a few hang-ups.
