The beginning of the book gave me serious pirates of the Caribbean vibes (Csilla getting hanged for crimes and then making a daring escape, ring a bell?) And I am here for it.
I'm a big fan of pirates but I haven't read very many pirates/sea books so I'm pretty excited for this one!
I already love the first 2 mains, we've got a badass female captain with a found family crew and then we've got the gruff, burly and tough male captain hoping to win the crown in the trials.
Will this be an enemies to lovers?? I sure hope so!
The cover is very pretty but I do wonder how it connects with the story.
