One of the best crochet books I've come across
I have been crocheting for almost 10 years and have purchased and tried out patterns from many different artists. I can honestly say this is one of the best fun crochet books I've come across.
I was initially interested in this book because I am an amigurumi artist, and I enjoy fun twists on everyday home decor. How cute would it be to walk into a room with an adorable crocheted elephant rug to greet you? Even more, this book not only contains patterns for rugs, but also has patterns to match each rug. There are pillows, snuggies, and more. The pattern collection as a whole is cohesive and aesthetically compliments each other. I especially love the clever details in the elephant's ears and giraffe's spot pattern.
As an amigurumi artist who uses written patterns and likes to show them to a cousin who uses charts, I was also very pleased and impressed when I saw that both pattern and chart instructions are available.
I can't wait to make something from this book, I am thinking about attempting the elephant pillow!
