I first learned to crochet in high school. I stopped crocheting when I got to college since I did not have enough time and over the years I completely forgot about it.

A couple of years ago, one of my friends at work, comes to lunch and she is carrying a bag of yarn and crochet hooks. She had decided to learn how to crochet as she heard it is relaxing and she needed something to help relieve her stress. it got me thinking and I decided to join her and re-learn to crochet. It all came back to me pretty quickly and soon I was helping her out and I was teaching myself new stitches from youtube videos.

I wanted to do some rugs for my best friend's little boy so I found this book. the patterns are fun and the instructions are easy to follow. I made the rug pretty quickly and soon I had some of my co-workers asking me to make them for their kids.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to crochet and has little kids they want to make more unique items for.
