I want to be honest with this review. The graphic novel felt slow. It took me literally 3 days to get the book done.
I don't hate it for that reason. In fact, I like the graphic novel. I enjoy how Emsy went from being this teenage who didn't had a care in the world to a teen who wanted to change things.
The ending was the biggest shocker of all. Who knew it was that character all along?
The reason why I only gave it a 4 stars was because how slow it seems. I'm used to comics that had chapters so that you can stop and get back to it another time. This one, you just went straight through. I had to stop a lot to think about the scene. I am not sure if there's a continuation of the book, but if there is... maybe have chapters of some sort?
Other than that, I enjoy the book. I'm used to manga and comics but this is a first to read a graphic novel that didn't had chapters.
