The witchy wonderful world of Coven was a delight! Forced to move from the home she has always known to help save her coven, Emsy is distraught trading the only life she's known for a witchy powers and a small town.
I really enjoyed the writing. The art was very pretty as well. There were a few loose ends that I'm wondering about, but overall, it was an insanely excellent story. The character, Emsy, is realistic. The LQBTQ+ representation was on point. The storyline had a lot of plot twists, some of which I wasn't expecting. I did find myself wishing for more of a resolve between Emsy and her girlfriend and other friend towards the end. I also feel like the ending resolved itself a little too quickly; however, it was still a pretty satisfying ending.
Overall, this was a great spooky read for the fall/Halloween season and it has a good diverse cast.
