There's nothing for me in this book. I don't enjoy memoirs, I avoid self-help books, and I run away from religious texts.
The cover is fitting for the genre, and the title clearly identifies the genre as well.
I simply cannot identify with the author. I have no interest in pageants or religion. If I am going to make an exception for a memoir, it has to have a magnetic pull.
