Whew.... That was a doozy! Ward made such an intense relationship between Anne & Danny. You could cut their sexual tension with a knife throughout the whole book. And those sex scenes... Wow. (Fans self). Their love story was awesome & so different from the norm. I loved that they went through this horrific thing, that in the end was what brought them together. Anne's relationship with her mother was also really touching. I was happy to see resolution & understanding there by the end. As far as the fire culprit, I didn't see that coming at all! That scence made me anxious & fearful of the outcome... Just ask my husband. I was talking to the book! But I'm SO happy good won over evil there. So happy I was able to read this & would love to see more books with Anne & Danny.
