Don’t get me wrong. I adore most of her books. I have most of her books sitting on my shelves. I haven’t gotten to the Bourbon Kings yet. This book is completely out of her writing genre. But then again, George R.R. Martin’ Fevre Dream comes to mind and how it was out of his usual genre and how I loved that book. So, with that being said, I’m going to give Consumed a shot!
