The cover is not good. Doesn’t really appeal to any particular theme or subject matter evoked from the first look excerpt. The author bio reveals and interesting life obviously reflected in the POV of this story. Writing style is informal, first person. Can’t really tell from the start anything about it definitively. Would fly under my radar but perhaps better fit for male or adventure-geared readers, perhaps older males etc
