My thoughts: thank you @bookishfirst @bookmarked for the advanced copy this came out last Tuesday! Oh wow I love this book, I flew through it even though it was huge. If you enjoyed Elektra, this is a better and more concise version in my opinion. It tells the same story in a more interesting and fascinating way. I loved the characters despite how complicated they are. It is a violent book because it is a retelling of mythology but man this is a beauty! One of my favorite reads of the year, Clytemnestra is such a powerful and heartbreaking character. I can’t rave about the characters and writing enough, grab it today where books are sold!
